I am an experienced Los Angeles based Psychotherapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a private practice in Studio City, California. I offer individual counseling, couple's counseling, and family therapy for adults and adolescents in which I provide a safe place for clients to openly express their thoughts and feelings.

I received both my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Masters in Social Welfare from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). While attending school, I interned at AIDS Project Los Angeles. Upon graduating, I worked for The Department of Children and Family Services for several years. Afterwards, I worked as a Psychotherapist and Talkline Program Coordinator for Women Helping Women Services. In addition, I have served as a Field Instructor, for various universities, in which I provide training and clinical supervision for masters level interns. 

I have extensive experience in working with survivors of trauma, including: Adult Children of Alcoholics, victims of domestic violence, and children and adults who have experienced sexual, physical, and emotional abuse. I am a trained therapist inEye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR has been extensively researched and proven as one of the most effective treatments for trauma. Furthermore, I specialize in working with couples who are experiencing relational conflict, utilizing Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
